The Role

The Sr Product Manager will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Adobe Workfront platform, ensuring it meets the needs of Lumen users. You will work closely with the Lead Product Manager and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall functionality of the platform.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Lead Product Manager on prioritized requests, tasks and user-submitted enhancements
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Adobe Workfront platform, including user management, project setup, and system configuration
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance platform functionality
  • Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to use Adobe Workfront effectively
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure minimal downtime of the platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to track and measure performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe Workfront features and updates and make recommendations for adoption where applicable
  • Create and maintain Fusion workflow scenarios to support application integration and automation
  • Evaluate, manage and prioritize enhancement requests submitted by users in a time-sensitive environment
  • License management, including conducting user audits
  • Identify business needs and make solution recommendations with strong problem solving and analytical skills, and provide consistent feedback on improvement opportunities related to current business process

What We Look For in a Candidate

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in Adobe Workfront
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • Ability to provide leadership to cross-functional teams
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and Word
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent analytical and presentation development/delivery skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workfront Fusion
  • Completion of formal externally recognized project certification requirements (e.g. PMI, PMP) or a minimum of 5 years of significant project management experience
  • Working knowledge of Agile processes and User Story creation and JIRA
  • Utilization of Adobe Workfront in project request intake, prioritization, project execution & delivery

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
