T-Rex is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support deployment of healthcare management technology to military treatment facilities (MTF) and installations around the world. The candidate will work closely with staff at site, senior T-Rex Technical Leads, DHMS leaders/staff and DHMS vendors to plan and execute technology deployments and address readiness and execution issues.

The PEO Defense Healthcare Management System (DHMS) is transforming the delivery of health care and advance data sharing through a modernized electronic health record for service members, veterans and their families. The Workforce 3.0 program within DHMS is a managed solution that leverages innovative new processes, methods, and best-in-class methodologies from the private sector to enable the entire PEO DHMS workforce to deliver world-class technology. The DHMS systems provide important health IT capabilities to 9.6 million active duty military, their families, and their beneficiaries. Responsibilities:

• Solution team facilitator for the MedCOP modern product, driving agile processes and best practices and delivery of capabilities to the customer.
• Establishing requirements repository (singular source of truth) to: Ensure current product maps to requirements, Establish backlog technical debt, Establish Criteria for assigning priorities for items in backlog Track delivery to sustainment.
• Meet with stakeholders, developers, testers, etc. teams to chart out the product delivery
• Work with stakeholders / Dev teams / End Users to reach an agreeable MVP / MVCR criteria
• Establish process for change management from change inquiry thru approval to implementation
• Work with System Monitoring team to establish current system monitoring practices
• Create MedCOP AV(s), OV(s) and SV(s)

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
• Knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process, and information flow

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Health Informatics, Medicine, Nursing, Business, or another relevant discipline
• ITIL v4 Foundation certifications
• Experience in the health IT industry and with medical devices
• Experience at the Defense Health Agency

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
