The Senior Program Analyst will be responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of projects and programs in the Northwest region. You will demonstrate leadership across teams, have strong financial acumen, bring a positive customer-centric mindset, and combine excellent communication with excellent analytical skills.
Job Requirements:
8 + years’ experience (at least two in an Analyst role)
Key Responsibilities:
Client Orientation
Successful candidates will bring a client success mindset and commitment to delighting clients:
- Operates as a resource across multiple utility energy programs and program types.
- Leads and conducts complex analysis from program and industry data to model program and portfolio performance in support of business proposals and operational improvements.
- Produces complex reports while ensuring compliance with terms of contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation.
- Forecasts program enrollments and flex load expectations for multiple programs.
Market insights and best practices
Success in this role requires using data to understand and tell stories in support of program strategy, delivery, and communication across teams.
- Conducts research and makes broad application of industry trends in demand side management to inform program design and improvement.
- Develops and deploys tools and calculators used by program staff, clients, and contractors in support of delivery of program requirements.
Team Leadership
Successful candidates will skillfully utilize Project Management tools and methodologies for effective, cross-functional communication and getting things done.
- Leads and conducts meetings for requirement gathering, improvement planning, forecasting, and training.
- Leads special projects and utilizes efficient tools to manage them to completion.
Financial Acumen
Successful candidates will be able to read and understand program budgets and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.
· Supports program forecasting and budget planning requirements.
· Tracks financial data including but not limited to customer invoices, purchase orders, and customer incentives.

Compensation range: $65,000 - $75,000 / Annually
