This is a Senior Program Manager position within the F/A-18 Production Program Leadership Team in Berkeley, MO.

The F/A-18 and EA-18G Program has an exciting and challenging opportunity to continue to deliver on 30 years of F/A-18 production. This position will be focused on the execution of the Multi-Year IV contract which, in addition to aircraft, has Ancillary and Auxiliary Equipment requirements out through 2029. The successful candidate will be participating in driving performance, solving production issues, and supporting the program's reporting needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Coordination on Prioritization of Parts
• Provide Program Leadership to various levels of production
• Coordinate with Integrated Product Teams and Fab Centers
• Ensure on-time delivery of contractual items
• Participate in joint USN, Boeing, and DCMA coordination activities
• Partner with Boeing Production Operations to deliver on commitments
• Supplier transition planning and execution
• Partner with Government Property Management on solving issues with GFE
• Support Special Projects related to program execution.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience managing contracts, programs, and/or projects

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing costs and schedules for contracts and/or projects.
• 2+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices
• 2+ years of experience with Boeing production

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Travel Requirement:

May require travel 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $136,850 - $185,150
