As a Senior Architect you will be joining a multidisciplinary in Dublin that has developed a great reputation for its projects and team. Made up of CSA, M&E and an architecture team, you will be situated as a key person in the roll out of projects working collaboratively on life science and industrial projects based here in Ireland and internationally.

Your New Role

As a Senior Architect you will be joining a specialised team of architects, technologists and BIM engineers. You will play a key role in the delivery of projects and be a key point of contact for clients and contractors. You will essentially be the design lead on these projects from planning stage right through construction stages. You should be able to display technical competency, spot issues early and come up with resolutions to ensure the project runs smoothly. Past experience in Pharma, or industrial projects would be a bonus but not essential if you can display experience in the above aspects.

Job Requirements

You should be Part III qualified with circa 5 years post graduate experience. The team here are focused on constant development and training and will give assistance to transfer to the specialist nature of the role. You will be working on projects backed by multinational clients and a secure industry to have plenty of project pipeline. Understanding of Irish building regulation and planning submissions is key, and should have previous experience in this regard. BIM proficiency is a big advantage as this is what is used daily.
