Senior Project Controls Engineer

Your Impact

The Senior Project Controls Engineer tackles exceptionally important, distinctive, and intricate challenges, delivering remarkably innovative solutions that involve evaluating intangible factors within situations or data in one of the nation's most prestigious Laboratories.

Specific duties may include, but not limited to:

● Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Project Controls System

● Cost Engineering, Planning and Scheduling

● Trend Analysis

● Support project organization

● Responsible for cost engineering, cost analysis/control, and planning/scheduling activities

● Contribute to development of objectives and principles

● Be viewed as an expert in the laboratory

● Self initiation

● Work in self-supervisory capacity

What You Bring

●Bachelor's degree or higher

● Minimum 12 years’ experience

● Experience in Cost Engineering

● Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

● Knowledge of financial reporting systems, controller account codes, and controller instructions

● Knowledge of engineering and/or construction management acquired through specialized instruction or practical experience

● Expert knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tools and processes

● Proficiency with Primavera P6

● Ability to obtain and maintain A-Level Access

● Q Clearance Preferred
