Job Description:
Non-Essential Functions:
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Property Management – Intermediate/Advanced
- Customer Service/Service Recovery Techniques – Advanced
- Ability to manage challenging tenant issues and concerns – Advanced
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and Word – Intermediate
- Property Management Software, preferably One Site - Intermediate
Minimum Education/Equivalent Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or the equivalent, College degree preferred.
- Prior experience in property management - Preferred
- Prior Supervisory Experience, preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Immediate and Indirect Supervision

Physical demands and work environment:
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time in all weather conditions. Must be able to climb stairs to tour properties.
Office environment. Physical inspections of property require outside activity and exposure to weather conditions.
Laptop, computer, telephone, camera, adding machine, printer, copier, scanner.
