The Role / Location

Dublin, 33 Molesworth Street.

An opportunity has arisen in our growing Property Management division for a Senior Property Manager, who has at least 3 year's post qualification experience to assist with the management of our busy commercial property portfolio in Ireland.

Based in our Dublin office the successful candidate will deliver, with the assistance of their team, the day-to-day output required in respect of each property and to the required standard.They will be self-motivated with a goal and results orientation, have excellent relationship management skills and be able to display a proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels.An essential factor for success in this role is that the chosen candidate will have sufficient retail property management experience and can maintain focus on satisfying all customer needs and managing expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support their line manager on larger client projects and accounts
• Support senior management in creating presentations for business development and pitching purposes
• In conjunction with their line manager, deliver written output ensuring excellent quality
• Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders such as banks, receivers, financial institutions, state bodies, owners, tenants as well as other stakeholders, lawyers etc
• Contribute to writing reports ensuring timeliness, accuracy and completeness
• Maintain a fee-system analysis, client acceptance testing and money laundering checks
• The line management of both site and junior staff members.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Technically competent in their discipline with the ability to earn client trust
• 3 years’ experience in commercial property management
• Have started, or be intending to start, the route to becoming a chartered member of the SCSI.
• Be able to identify opportunities and show signs of introducing business to areas within their sphere of influence
• Be IT competent and ideally have experience with the property management software system Yardi
• Able to demonstrate a basic understanding of ESG in the sphere of property management
• Strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• A team player
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills
• Pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Honesty, integrity and openness, high ethical standards
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Have a full valid driving licence, use of own car is desirable but not essential
