Job description
Work with dynamic teams on a variety of research projects, including those in behavioral health, development, education, evaluation, and other applied social science endeavors. This position will conduct and support collaborative research in the Nebraska Academy for Methodology, Analytics & Psychometrics by assisting with project management and supervision; data management; survey design; data analysis; writing of reports, evaluation plans, and grant proposals; coordination of educational opportunities and trainings; and participation in project management meetings.

Master’s degree in public health, psychology, social work, education, statistics or related field plus two (2) years of experience with project management, data management, applied research and/or evaluation, and/or qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Knowledge of and experience with applied research methods and/or evaluation. Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, planning and writing skills required; the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with research teams; the ability to multitask and perform assigned tasks quickly and accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have five (5) years of experience. Demonstrated experience with research methods/data, problem solving, attention to detail, working independently with minimal supervision, keeping supervisor and internal team members informed, and excellent communication skills. Ability to: quickly master a range of research content areas and methods; coordinate a wide variety of projects. Excellent written communication, leadership, and analytic skills.
Posted Salary $58,000/yr. minimum
