We are now seeking a Resident Assistant II to join our team!

This is a broad-scoped caregiver position. The Resident Assistant II has full responsibility for direct resident care. This includes assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication assistance and/or medication administration as allowed by state statute. Provides orientation/support to new resident assistants. . May act as shift lead as established by community standard.

Successful candidate will have 1-2 years minimum experience as a caregiver. Must have completed, or be enrolled in, specific medication training required by state statute. Completed other state-required education classes according to statute. CNA or Home Health Aide preferred.

We will be hiring all shifts very soon as we ramp up to opening. However, to start, we are looking to hire our overnight team. In the beginning, you will serve as a community presence as we move in IL residents first. Responsibilities will include small projects, front desk coverage, and training. About 45 days after you start, we will begin moving in AL and Memory Care residents. At that point, your job will shift into the caregiver mode. Looking to build a strong team of loyal, dedicated people who want to grow with us!

RA 1 or RA 2 can apply. Looking for Full time and Part time CNA's to cover all 11pm-7am shifts, every day of the week. The more availability you have, the better!
