About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior SAP Business Analyst – Procurement to join our Global Kerryconnect Team working on our Source to Pay global template with SAP and Coupa Software.

We are managing parallel releases in complex cut-over environments which require a high level of project management discipline, deep Procurement and SAP knowledge and an appreciation of change management.

The successful candidate will help to design, deploy, and improve our global standard aligned to our Procurement and Supply Chain Operating model.

This person will work in the ICT Global Integrated Operations team as part of the Procurement workstream which covers the end-to-end purchase to pay activities along with integration to planning and material call off.

Please note: This is a fixed term 12-month contract role.

Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to come to our offices in Naas as required.

What will I be doing?

• Actively own, promote and improve the Global ICT solution for Procurement (Direct (SAP MM) and Indirect (Coupa).
• Contribute expert SAP MM knowledge and best practice procurement experience to the other SAP competency centre teams and key business stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with end-to-end Supply Chain personnel to adopt and embed new processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, optimisation and improving data quality.
• Collaborate with the business to gather requirements, perform analysis, and provide solutions for complex business processes.
• Prepare functional specifications for the technical teams and deliver solutions by completing configurations in SAP.
• Assist in generation of test scripts, carry out product testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Carry out the relevant activities in user preparation, cut-over, and post go-live site support.

These include:

• Strong proven experience in a similar role and environment with strong SAP MM (Materials Management) technical experience.
• Knowledge of MM integration points with other SAP modules e.g., PP, APO, PM & FI.
• Experience with Coupa and Coupa Integration highly desirable.
• Understanding of Global Templates across multiple countries with consideration for regional differences.
• A team player with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills both in a project environment and with business stakeholders.
