Our Human Engagement team uses a data-informed approach to drive product adoption. They deliver user communications, in-app guidance, in the right context when users need it most. Our customers are seeing significant uplift on engagement because of the work the team are doing. While the role is primarily UI focused, there are opportunities to work across the full stack from UI to end data points.
As a Senior FE Engineer, you will
- work with a distributed development team and contribute to the Agile ceremonies continuously delivering solutions that will enhance our SaaS platform capability.
- collaborate openly with the team on shared items of work and communicate well in a team-oriented environment across locations, sharing your knowledge
- partner with our business team and be part of the design discussions /decisions as well as implementing the designs.
- work with our DevOps and Architecture teams to move to a continuous deployment model.
- can work independently as well as part of a team.
- have a passion for learning and introducing new technologies
The skills you will bring:
- You are self-motivated and can manage time spent across tasks including creating new features, updating old features, investigating quality tool issues
- You have an agile mindset, valuing respect, collaboration, continuous improvement and learning cycles, pride in ownership, focus on delivering value, flow and the ability to adapt to change
- Enjoying working with others and lending a helping hand both within our team and to members of other teams.
- You have 4+ years working on application design and development in enterprise applications with the following: React, Typescript, Javascript, HTML/CSS
- You are familiar with RESTful as an API design
- A knowledge of Linux and shell scripting is an advantage.
- You have experience with git or other version control tools.
- You have experience with automated unit and integration testing
