Senior Staff Engineer – OnePLM / Windchill (Hybrid)
Weston, FL
Stryker is seeking to hire a Senior Staff Engineer in Weston, FL to support our Digital Robotics and Enabling Technologies (DRE) business. Primarily responsible for supporting the technical execution, development, continuous improvement of the system administration of OnePLM / Windchill platform for the DRE entity while ensuring alignment with DREs Commercial Division partners. Ensure that OnePLM / Windchill management is effective and efficient in support of NPD, Product Engineering, and Change Management activities. Guide the OnePLM / Windchill Business Admins globally on the technical execution within OnePLM / Windchill. Ensure compliance of the change control process and support QMS activities both within DRE and globally with respect to OnePLM / Windchill.
Work Flexibility: Hybrid.
This role requires reasonable proximity to our Stryker facility. You should be comfortable working 3 days onsite

What You Will Do
- Provide direction for the overall OnePLM / Windchill strategy, including alignment with Commercial Division OnePLM / Windchill and Master Data Management leaders.
- Lead OnePLM / Windchill support activities within DRE, including ensuring functional teams are properly supported, coordinating DPO activities in support of OnePLM / Windchill, supporting Change Analysts, coordinating user access, and coordinating admin access users.
- Represent DRE on global OnePLM / Windchill team.
- Manage OnePLM / Windchill activities to support achievement of NPD project milestones.
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream process owners to optimize the process throughout the business.
- Develop, provide and manage efficient training for Project Managers, Technical leads, Change Management Specialists, Business Admins, etc. to ensure they are able to execute the process in a compliant manner.
- Participate in projects to address system process modifications and continuous improvement projects. Consult with OnePLM / Windchill Program Manager to elevate system deficiencies that are causing repeatable administrative intervention, and / or on recurring issues where mass data updates or cleanup could be beneficial.
- Provide input to the development and/or modification of QMS to support OnePLM / Windchill as appropriate and oversee identification and implementation of improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS.
- Ensure all CIDTs, corporate updates, and QMS documents are proactively processed per requirements.
- Monitor emerging issues and work to identify solutions with the correct stakeholders.
- Responsible for internal and external audit support for the change management process.
- Own and execute actions in a CAPA or NC action related to OnePLM / Windchill administration.
- Participate in or guide validation activities on OnePLM / Windchill forms or process as modifications occur.
- Oversight and management of the OnePLM / Windchill Help Queue which includes working with IT.
- Participate in Windchill workflow process creation or modification for NPD and change management.
- Manage prioritization of tickets.
- Provide technical guidance to all DRE admins in DRE containers within the NPD team.
- Provide technical support for DRE Commercial Division partners to ensure appropriate set up of DRE- owned and commercial division owned containers for seamless collaboration.
- Partner with all the various workstream leads (CAD Admin, UDI, Prod Registration, Change Management, etc.) on tickets that require their consultation.
- Primary signatory and reviewer of PLM Admin forms.
- May include process ownership of related processes.
What you need:
Required
- B.S. in an Engineering discipline or equivalent
- 6+ years of previous experience in technical or a regulated environment.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the Quality System Regulations (21 CFR Part 820) and ISO 13485 Regulations
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in change and project management.
- Ability to understand user needs and translate into a business solution.
