What's the opportunity?
The Go To Market Systems organization is responsible for the selection, administration, governance and architecture of all 3rd Party SaaS applications and core GTM data sets that power our Go To Market teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Growth, and Customer Support).
This is a great opportunity to own and execute a program of work that spans Business Systems, GTM, Finance, Product launches and Engineering, and that has a highly visible and long-lasting impact across the GTM space.
We're hiring for a GTM Systems TPM (senior) who would have typical GTM TPM responsibilities and skills, with a specific focus on partnering with our leadership team to develop and drive the creation and operationalization of a robust workload management process. This includes managing intake from senior stakeholders across the business, triage (in Asana), prioritization (via Steering Committees) and partnering with our leaders to size, assign and track delivery of committed workloads.
We are looking for candidates with an established track record (ideally in a fast-moving tech environment) driving complex, cross-functional strategic, and operational projects to successful completion.

What will I be doing?
- Partnering directly with the VP of GTM and the GTM leadership team to drive the intake, prioritization and management of all stakeholder requests for the GTM organization
- Work with the managers of our GTM System Teams (Top of Funnel, Core Sales, Platform) to review the backlog of requests for sprint planning (supporting sizing, workload sequencing, and all related process)
- Develop and own the process for managing all incoming stakeholder requests (triage, updating, all stakeholder comms) and tracking and reporting progress, risks, and wins, ensuring your team is always working on the most impactful projects
- Work closely with business systems analysts, business systems engineers, stakeholders, and other resources to deliver projects/programs from ideation to completion.
- Identify issues, risks, dependencies, and develop mitigation and escalation strategies.
- Design measurements to track impact and drive internal process improvements, where applicable driving retrospectives for insights
- Facilitate project meetings and drive consensus across different business organizations.
- Build trusted and strong working relationships with all partners and stakeholders.
- Communicate program updates to broad audiences, up through executive leadership
- Help craft compelling executive presentations for program visibility and decision-making.
- Motivate a group of committed, smart people to do the best work of their careers
What skills do I need?
Required:
- Experience working with Go To Market teams, systems, and applications (specifically Salesforce)
- Solid grasp of Sales business processes in the opportunity-to-close cycle and configure, pricing, and quoting process.
- You must be able to create high quality program deliverables including, strategies, project plans and clear and engaging communications on progress towards our goals.
- Scrum Master and Agile experience in a technical organization
- Experience as a project and program manager, with a proven track record of working with cross functional teams and delivering complex and impactful projects.
- You can occasionally do technical dive deeps in collaboration with Business Systems Engineers, Analysts, and Systems architects
Preferred but not required:
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana (or enthusiasm to become an expert)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce CPQ Experience
- Scrum Master and Agile experience in a technical organization
- Any experience centralizing knowledge bases

The base salary range for this role is targeted at $128,500 - $174,000 in Colorado, $136,000 - $184,000 in Washington and $151,500 - $205,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Please note that this information is only provided publicly for candidates in California, Colorado, New York and Washington, but the role is open to candidates outside of those locations as well.
