Description:
Lead the overall growth of the technical capability and support efforts for Mechanical Repair.

Troubleshoot and repair “one-off” mechanical devices and then train the Mechanical Repair Technicians on how it is done.

Provides leadership to technicians . Acts as the main person for training and developing each technician’s capability. Must be a strong thinker and able to solve problems. Will receive limited guidance and support from the Motor Repair Leader, as needed.

Required

Education: High School Diploma/GED Associates degree preferred

Certification: None

Experience: 3 - 5 years mechanical repair

1 - 2 years basic leadership

Skills: Proven leadership ability

Problem solving/decision making

Sense of urgency/can do approach

Multi-tasking/able to handle stress

Advanced knowledge of mechanical / industrial equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Warren, MI 48088: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
