Job Description:
- Enterprise Business Systems Consultant
- Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems.
- Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements.
- Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 plus years of Business Systems Data experience
Technology Skills (majority of tools used are WF internal):
- MS Office Suite
- MS Teams
- Jira (most important)
- Confluence (nice to have)
- Jira Allign-nice to have.
Top 3 Skills:
- Collaboration on overall Project Management
- Being comfortable working across business units, handling challenging situations consistently, multitasking
- Presentation skills
- Experience in an Agile framework
- Release Management experience could be applicable.
Preferred Industry or Company Experience:
- Financial Services background is nice to have, it would be helpful for someone to be brought in knowing the lingo. This will prevent the ramp up time.
- Really anything involving Enterprise Change Management, SDLC and a background in the process is most important.
Manager Notes:

- This person would have touch points across 12-15 different teams.
- Agile methodology background is a requirement.
- This person is necessary for the timely facilitation of SDLC Artifacts, releases, and release management, change requests and leadership communication.

- Prioritizing progress over perfection
- Change management, change administrations, Jira board management, tech check-ups.
Compensation
