We are looking for an experienced Senior User Interface (UI) Designer to create compelling user interfaces across cross platform digital touchpoints as part of the Software Engineering Solutions (SES) group.

Software Engineering Solutions (SES) provides compelling software that meets customers’ specific needs, unlocks value of ADI digital and analog products, and ensures easy integration into customer solutions at the application level. We work at the intersection between hardware and software experiences to achieve ADIs core customer goals and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
As a Senior UI Designer, you will ensure the product experience is aligned with brand and design guidelines and drive design standards for product touchpoints. You will ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual standards, translating abstract ideas into tangible and engaging digital experiences.
As a Senior UI Designer your responsibilities will include:
  • Working with product teams to create visually compelling, easy to use, accessible experiences across a range of digital touchpoints, i.e., Desktop, Web, Mobile
  • Developing and maintaining design standards to ensure consistency across a range of digital products and services
  • Creating high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions
  • Crisply articulating design decisions, iterating quickly and collaborating seamlessly with product managers, marketers and developers
  • Providing creative direction across all platforms in support of complex digital products and services
  • Creating design concepts through participation in brainstorms and other idea-generating sessions
  • Participating in design reviews and share your work regularly with the design and leadership teams
  • Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Researchers, as well as other cross-functional team members to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for product solutions
  • Contributing to the definition and creation of flexible, coherent design system components and patterns

  • Experience designing for business and developer-focused products
  • A hands-on maker, with the skills to effectively communicate concepts, direction and decisions with the team and with external partners
  • Critical ability to find meaningful balance between optimizing for speed, quality, and doing risky, interesting, pixel-perfect work
  • Curiosity, interest and experience experimenting with emerging technologies
  • Passion for working with other designers to help each other learn and grow
  • Understanding and appreciation of latest SW and OS standards
  • Skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help improve quality of end-product
  • Strong track record independently delivering work as well as influencing the work of other designers, contractors, and agencies
  • Advanced command and high dexterity of speed and quality in use of standard design applications, e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
