Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented UI/UX De signer to join our team Remotely.
As a UI/UX designer on our team, you have experience in creating mockups using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite specifically Adobe Illustrator and Adobe XD. You have full scope of Design Thinking, ideation, research, wire frames & visual design, iteration in an Agile environment. You will design with user interaction as their priority, ensuring the design will improve usability and accessibility of the product.
Responsibilities and duties, but not limited to :
- Strong knowledge and passion for U I /U X Design Creative thinking pairing with an analytical ability.
- Create wireframes, user/task flows & design mockups to effectively communicate a s well as validate ideas (proof of concept).
- Identify gaps in the UI/UX for the current system and able to provide suggestions for improvements.
- Can innovate and develop solutions for complex problems of user interactions.
- Understanding UI & UX D esign principles and techniques.
- Able to communicate effectively with the team and the end users to move concepts from wireframes to the production stage .

Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as UI/UX Designer or similar roles or equivalency.
- Working experience with Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop or other UX D esign tools (Fig m a, UXPin , Sketch , InVision, e tc . )
Knowledge of UI 508 compliance
Must be a team player and detail oriented
Highly collaborative ; g reat presentation skills
Previous portfolio of design projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a Computer Science field
Advertising Agency Experience
UI/UX Design for Software/Technology
Visual Design experience
Design experience for IoT or other form factor s
Design background from an Art or Design Institution with an emphasis on UI, UX and/or Interaction design for software, cloud or web applications
Clearance requirement:
Top Secret Clearance Required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across and/or around a business campus or large facility.
