SPA has an immediate need for a Sensor-to-Shooter Program Analyst located at Langley AFB, VA.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the Intelligence Community (IC) analytic tools capability development subject-matter expert (SME), advisor, and action officer for the ACC Intelligence Directorate’s Tradecraft Division. Use experience with data-centric analysis tools/techniques and unit-level intelligence to support A22A Sensor-to-Shooter (StS) and other cross-organizational analysis capability development efforts. Provide technical guidance and assistance on projects and/or major phases on StS activities.
Capture ACC OT&E and AF-IC Tool development business processes; discover gaps and obstacles that inhibit the achievement of capability development objectives; translate awareness into organizational, procedural, and technological solutions with capability development partners. Coordinate with ACC divisions and other stakeholders to remain current on capability challenges, gaps, and opportunities and present updates of all IC Tool projects and portfolios (includes capabilities, requirements, funding, roadmaps, POAMs, etc.) encompassed within the Air Force Intelligence Analysis Enterprise (AFIAE).
Collaborate with government agencies and academia to explore the applicability and adaptability of current and future software- and data-centric technology to Air Force intelligence operations. Capture, catalog, and champion solutions employing IC software tools, capabilities, and initiatives to help drive fiscal, developmental, and operational efficiencies and Agile intelligence and data analytics across the Combat Air Force.
Identify and advocate for IC standards in intelligence analysis applications and tools to ensure developing capabilities are interoperable with Air Force and DoD capabilities.
Produce program documents, requirements, and concepts for fielded capabilities to deliver integrated effects (e.g., concept narratives, CONOPs, DoD Architecture Framework artifacts, POAMs, spend plans, risk analyses, and planning/programming documentation).
Provide program management support for the AFIAE, including identifying training needs, capabilities gaps, and materiel/non-materiel solutions for intelligence analysis.
Work closely with technical SMEs across the StS effort to translate analytic requirements and priorities, as well as serve as principal budgetary advisor to A22 leadership in maintaining balance, efficiency, and economy of operations to accomplish programmed objectives for StS. Provide Subject Matter Expertise and recommend best practices on intelligence discipline-specific topics at working groups and technical exchange meetings to collaborate with CCMDs, Air Force MAJCOMs, Government labs, academia, and industry.
Provide support to Capability Working Groups to publish and execute the AFIAE POAM; provide day-to-day focus on StS POAM and integration of activities required for execution. Draft, review, edit, and staff intelligence policy and guidance documents related to ACC-assigned functional areas, specifically regarding intelligence data and IC Tool efforts. Review, assess, and provide critical analysis of Joint, Service, and IC doctrine, TTPs, capabilities, and analytic training, focusing on Air Force intelligence interests.
Qualifications:
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in intelligence or ISR-related discipline with 10 years of experience in AF multi-INT operations, data analytics/fusion, all-source analysis, and IC analytic processes and tools
  • MAJCOM or higher-level experience providing advice and consultation on National, Joint/DoD, and AF analysis programs, policies, systems, and tasks within multiple intelligence disciplines
  • Knowledge of and experience with computer data and network architectures, data analytics, data automation, and data visualization
  • Knowledge of intelligence analytical principles, concepts, and methods to produce detailed analyses of complex information attained from multiple sources
  • Experience with Atlassian suite of process and organizational management tools
