Seoíd Spa - Spa Manager

We currently recruiting a Spa Manager to join the Spa & Wellness team at Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa.

Situated in the heart of the beautiful Irish countryside, the tranquil Seoid Spa has recently rebranded its treatment menu to embrace its holistic flair and promote a message of wellbeing and self-care through its hand crafted and unique treatments.

We are looking for a dynamic team leader with a passion for people and wellbeing to ensure the smooth operation of the spa and mentor our trailblazing spa team. In doing so, we offer a nurturing workplace that embraces creative flair, cutting edge ideas and puts wellness at the forefront of everything that we do.

As part of your role:

· You will ensure that all of your therapists are trained to the highest standards and are always developing their skills & knowledge, in line with the industry’s progression.

· The manager is responsible for seeing that Health & Safety standards are always maintained throughout the spa and gym.

· Achieving monthly KPIs and managing the sales budget will be an integral part of the spa manager’s duties.

· You will have oversight of the sales & marketing for all aspects of the spa.

What have you done before?

Notwithstanding your positivity and passion for the hospitality industry, we would ideally like you to have the experience outlined below:

· Previous experience in a similar managerial role in a busy spa with a team reporting into you.

· You must hold an ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO qualification and be qualified in both face and body treatments.

· Have experience in assisting with developing promotional opportunities to maximise the business’s potential.

· Have a proven track record of ensuring that all aspects of a spa business was run in a cost effective & efficient manner.
