Average pay for this position is $30-$35/hour. Preferred Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic hospitality and service
• Ability to excel in a teamwork-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of French wines and regions
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beers
• Experienced and skilled at recommending beverage pairings
• Experienced and skilled at recommending coursing suggestions
• Ablity to multi-task and maintain an organized section
• 2+ years high volume or fine dining service experience
• Strong knowledge of service standards and ability to execute steps of service
• Ability to memorize and deliver guidance on allergens and menu descriptions
