Our Server position requires quick action and the ability to think on your feet. The individual we are seeking for this position is a hard worker who can multitask and is highly motivated. The position requires a high degree of attention to detail, including providing excellent customer service, taking orders and preparing food in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Smile and greet guests.
- Take customers' orders and serve food.
- Check in on customers to ensure quality of service and satisfaction with food.
- Address special requests from guests and requests for substitutions.
- Be friendly with customers and answer questions.
- Work in a noisy environment; handle stressful situations; accept constructive criticism.
