Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Breakfast Server at the Embassy in Amarillo, TX. As a Breakfast Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests, while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the breakfast area.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare the breakfast area before the start of service, ensuring all food items and supplies are properly stocked and displayed.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and answering any questions they may have.
• Attend to the buffet-style bar, ensuring that all food items are fresh, appealing, and replenished in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, buffet stations, and surrounding areas.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for the next guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests with professionalism and promptly communicate any issues to the supervisor or management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation and exceptional guest service throughout the breakfast hours.
• Assist in restocking dry food items and supplies as needed, ensuring availability for the next shift.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting, is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure a smooth breakfast service.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, starting at 5:00 am, and availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods of time.

Compensation: The position of Breakfast Server offers a competitive hourly rate of $12 per hour.
