Milano's is a new Italian restaurant coming to Plattsmouth, and we are vary exited to become part of the community. Milano's will be a full service restaurant with a variety of wine, beer and spirits options. We are looking for people to help us serve the community, and to provide a great dining experience for each guest.

Job Summary: T

he server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. They will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers
• Take food and beverage orders
• Prepare and serve beverages
• Prepare and serve salads
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
• Attend to customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must have a basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only

• Plattsmouth, NE 68048: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
