W&B Service Company is currently hiring a Service Analyst. We are looking for someone that wants to make a difference, behind the scenes, to impower our managers by giving them tools to help run their Branch more effectively and efficient, to generate growth.
Duties will include:

• Generate daily reports and KPI’s
• Provide daily support to the leadership team
• Perform analysis, identify trends, and create and monitor ongoing reporting of regulatory and risk factors
• Address service issues and escalate issues to the leadership team
• Leverage creativity and innovation to lead and/or participate on projects to exploit new capabilities and technologies
• High focus on the end-user experience and driving continuous improvements on a service level
• Develop a Manager and Service Administrator dashboard and create various reports
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement across service processes investigate problems, find root causes, and assist in developing solutions

Requirements:

• Must be trustworthy to handle discrete and confidential information
• Advanced in Excel, to include pivot charts, multiple criteria formulas, and graphs
• Strong technical skills (Windows, Outlook, MS Word)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
• Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and a strong work ethic
