Job Description: Authorized Grove, Manitowoc, National and Potain Crane distributor seeks motivated, dependable and accurate individual for a Service Assistant for Manchester, CT based office.

Job functions include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting with opening jobs

- Assisting with closing jobs

- Assisting customers in the shop, via phone or via email with inquiries

- Assisting with internal orders and fulfilling needs of other departments and branches

- Assist Parts Coordinator as needed

- Order shop supplies

- Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and regularly lift and / or drag up to 50 pounds

Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are required. Applicant must be proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as have strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with construction and equipment parts would be preferred but not necessary.
