About the Position:

• Promote the highest ethical standards to customers and their Service experience
• Follow procedures put in place for maximized efficiency and progression
• Effectively demonstrate and teach the art of customer service
• Show team leadership and the ability to work with others
• Able to run all aspects of the business in service and parts but understand the overall business in general
• Service management experience either in RV, Automotive or Marine
• Know it’s not just a job but a Career
• Familiar with an Automotive Financial Statement

Earnings 60,000 plus - $80,000 plus
