We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing customer service operations. Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the service department and ensuring that customer service standards are met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing field staff, providing excellent customer service, managing and tracking jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and scheduling of field crew
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Scheduling and Managing work orders and recurring jobs.
• Manage and schedule sub contractor jobs
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Invoicing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
