Job Title: Service Team Lead
Compensation: $70-$80k annually
Summary: The Service Lead Dispatcher provides the supervision, coordination and control of the Service Dispatch group and provides direction in the dispatching of HVAC Service Technicians and Service Drivers
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising of Service Dispatch team, including attendance, schedules, work assignments, and performance evaluations within ASI policies and procedures
- Allocating work assignments to meet daily, weekly, monthly client and department needs
- Scheduling and dispatching of Service Technicians, Driver, material, equipment and supplies to job sites
- Organizing and directing the Service Dispatchers and Driver in the Service Department in a manner that effectively accomplishes the assigned duties of the department
- Review daily schedules of all dispatchers to ensure that all repairs, service calls and preventative maintenance jobs are completed in a timely, efficient and profitable manner
- Provide each technician with a full daily schedule
- Daily review and monitoring of incomplete PO’s
- Daily review and monitoring of billings and accounts payable discrepancies
- Work with Billing Department to ensure that billings are accurate and timely
- Generate and distribute necessary reports required for effective weekly and monthly operation of department
- Monitor and maintain a consistent document control and filing system for all dispatch areas/zones
- Maintain effective communications with clients, Service General Foreman and all service field personnel
- Perform all duties of Service Dispatcher
Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 5+ years hands on customer service experience
- 5+ years experience as a Service Dispatcher
- Proficient on MS Office Suite
- experience with COINS systems preferred but not required
