Job description

Kissell Motorsports/BMW Motorcycles of Tyrone is currently seeking a service writer for our Tyrone location. The service writer will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, creating and completing repair orders and updating customers via phone/email once service or repair is completed. Additionally, the service writer will help with over the counter parts sales. The ideal candidate will excel in multi-tasking, be organized and enjoy dealing with customers. Candidate must possess a basic knowledge of motorcycle service and parts needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and finalize repair orders
• Contact customers with repair/service updates
• Sell motorcycle parts/accessories
• Schedule service appointments
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Motorcycle operating experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
