Job Description & Responsibilities:

• This position will be responsible for developing efforts in the backlog for departments and divisions within the lab.
• This position is REMOTE. The candidate is able to work remotely from any location. They may be asked to take up to 2 trips per calendar year to Lexington if the program/project requires it.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain an Interim or Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or 6+ years relevant technical experience
• 3+ years Presentation Skills
• Demonstrate ServiceNow Depth of Knowledge across the platform
• Strong familiarity with ITSM and implementation of ITIL standards within the ServiceNow Platform
• Excellent customer service skills, including presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change
• Ability to work independently toward delivery of goals as well as collaborate in team efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in ITOM, SPM (ITBM), IRM (GRC), Catalog Items, and Custom Applications are all desired skills as future facing projects and scopes of work.
• Knowledge on multiple platform interfaces including mobile, portal development, and Next Experience UI.
• Experience with Java Script, Angular, React JS, Powershell, Rest API
• Experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, AJAX Scripting
• First-hand experience in government cloud, with experience in operating within FedRamp guidelines
• ITIL foundations experience and/or certification
• Strong foundational skills in organizing and able to execute multiple IT projects with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies and disciplines quickly
