What you will do:

As a key member of the Security Compliance engineering team, you will:

• Solve complex and broad business problems with simple and straightforward solutions, applying appropriate technologies and software engineering best practices
• Take business requirements and design quality solutions. Write technical designs that clearly articulate solutions to stakeholders with varying degrees of technical knowledge
• Implement your design by building logic, procedures, new code and refactored code then test and debug as needed to deliver quality.
• Proactively identify and implement operational and technical improvements and enhancements that drive productivity and improve customer/partner experience
• Handle multiple projects at once, be able to effectively prioritize initiatives, and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.

• In this role you will help design, build and maintain the teams Servicenow platform.
• You will manage the integrations with other key service systems.
• You will apply both business and technical acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous and innovative environment to achieve our goal to ensure security and compliance across CDO org.

Candidate Requirements

• Expert in Service Now code base. Coming from Security Domaine.
• General AWS Experience is preferred Understand the current system from a software perspective.
• New feature development – Customizations.
• This expert needs to know how to change the code, understand the system and see how they can adjust it.
• This role has three parts- Code Design, Implementation (working with the SDE), support existing software (Service Now).
• Support production issues – Work on feature requests and any bugs.
