Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Services Administrator in South Co. Dublin.
Permanent, full time role with an option to work from home one day a week once probation is passed.
Salary up to €32,000 DOE.
Motor industry highly preferred.
Main duties:
▪ Day to day administration
▪ Proactively working on scheduled events and daily/weekly/monthly tasks
▪ To provide accurate and consistent responses in line with agreed timelines
▪ Dealing with day to day enquiries via phone and email
▪ Managing email queries through the dedicated team inbox’s
▪ Provide administrative support to the team
▪ Pool Vehicle Management
▪ Updating systems and data entry
▪ Attending regular team meetings – managing meeting minutes and actions required
Main duties:
▪ Must have at least 1 years experience in an administrative role
▪ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with a polite, friendly and diplomatic manner
▪ strong customer service skills
▪ Must have strong attention to detail and display a high level of accuracy
▪ Computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook

Salary: Up to €32,000.00 per year
