Description:

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (They do bi-weekly Saturday OT as well)

6:45am-3:00pm - 1st Shift-Pay $20/hr-$23/hr

2:45pm-11:00pm - 2nd Shift pay $23/hr-$25/hr

10:45pm-7:00am - 3rd Shift $25/hr-$29/hr

Purpose :

  • Effectively setup and monitor assigned production lines for performance and to maintain above target OEE. Identify and resolve performance related setup issues in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to GMP guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities :

  • Knowledgeable of basic jobs in assigned area of responsibility and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) policies. Demonstrates compliance to local and industry quality and safety standards.
  • Understands and executes scheduling priorities, daily assignments, and production expectations for the day
  • Ability to proficiently operate multiple unit operations / value streams across the business.
  • Set up, run and clean according to BOP/Master batch record.
  • Monitor manufacturing process and communicate any issues that arise with appropriate resources.
  • Troubleshoots minor equipment and process related issues and performs repairs. Perform all in process quality checks accurately.
  • Trains peers on equipment and process for which they are a qualified trainer.
  • Complete all closing POMs steps as needed. Maintain audit ready production area. Understand and follow cGMP and ensure compliance
  • Demonstrates behaviors – good attendance, teamwork, respectful communications, positive attitude.
  • Understanding of Lock Out/ Tag Out (LOTO).
  • Troubleshoots minor equipment related issues and performs repairs.

MUST (Skills)

  • GMP/ Pharma / Med Device experience
  • Technician, Set-Up, Maintenance, or mechanical aptitude (2-3 years+)
  • Experience with hand tools
  • Experience with computers and email technology
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • A demonstrated understanding of the importance of maintaining the highest level of quality and ensuring compliance to site level policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HMI controls, vision inspection systems, and product serialization systems.
  • Ability to train fellow technicians

  • Experience maintaining machineries including pumping out hydraulic, coolant, and lubrication oil from manufacturing machinery. He also performed construction and repair for commercial and residential property. He monitored machines on which the work was performed to ensure proper functioning.
  • Perform preventive maintenance of machinery, including pumping out old hydraulic, coolant, and lubrication oils from manufacturing machinery.
  • Responsible for the installation of medical e.quipment such as MRIs, CT, and Catheterization labs
  • Responsible for inspecting, calibrating, testing, and repairing medical equipment, and do so by using a variety of tools and computer applications.
  • Maintain, install and/or remove telecommunication and networking cabling and equipment. Terminating testing and troubleshooting of low voltage cable and equipment including Cat5e, Cat6, Fiber, A/V, switches, routers, APS, cameras, phones, CCTV, and alarm equipment.
  • Experience with control valves, safety valves, manual valves, or actuation, reassembly and disassembly of actuators to repair, setup machine for different campaigns.
  • Fix machine when down, monitors basic operations, collect data, learn new data systems on HMI, aided other production leads
