Job Description: concrete form setter
We are hiring immediately.Experience is a plus, but not required.
Starting pay $18/hour up to$28/hour, DOE
Pay every other Friday.
Must have a valid driver’slicense and reliable transportation.
Responsibilitiesof Concrete Carpenters of all levels include the following:
- Form setting with various types of forms
- Setting footings, foundation walls, suspended decks and slabs, retaining walls
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and drawings (not required)
- Inspect work to ensure conformity to specifications and work schedule
- Responsible for keeping and maintaining a clean workspace
- Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites
- 1+ years of concrete carpentry experience preferred
- Must be okay with labor work
- Basic hand tools for apprentices, hand and power tools for journeyman level
- Experience operating power tools
- Ability to problem solve construction issues
