As a Shift Leader with Tommy’s Express Car Wash, you can expect the following responsibilities when coming to work with us:
- Grow and help lead an outstanding team
- Learn about and Oversee Wash Quality
- Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships
- Maintain our car wash, vacuum center, and grounds for all customer needs
- Keep location neat and always maintain car wash cleanliness
- Perform site maintenance
- Exceed guest's expectations, always
- Grow as a leader within Tommy’s Express
- Oversee and count down the cash register
- Rotate team members in and out of positions
- Handle warranty claims as needed
We expect the following from you as a Tommy's Express Car Wash Shift Leader:
- A positive, friendly attitude
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of management experience, but this is not required
- Willingness to learn and grow, seeking growth and additional leadership opportunities
- Ability to lead and develop others
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptionally reliable
- Energetic, self-starter for a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with technology
- Exceed guest’s expectations, always.
- Demonstrated ability to be trust-worthy
- Experience leading in a similar capacity preferred
