We are seeking a full-time manager with previous experience in restaurant management.
Overall Responsibility:
The Manager has the overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction, and ensuring desired restaurant outcomes (e.g. increased sales, profitability, and employee retention). The Manager leads the restaurant management team and oversees the financial controls, operations, people development, customer service, and daily compliance within the restaurant across all shifts.
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License and Transportation
- Available to work 40+ hours a week on evenings, weekends, and holidays scheduled or unscheduled to meet restaurant staffing needs
- Prompt and regular attendance for assigned shifts, meetings, and training
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years minimum recent restaurant management experience

- Sets day-to-day direction for employees to support business objectives
- Manages the restaurant budget and sets guidelines for operating with in that budget
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Contributes to the achievement of team goals and promotes teamwork
- Occasionally lift, move, carry and stack cartons up to 50 pounds from various heights to/from shelves
- Stand and walk for long periods of time (duration of shift)
- Requires frequent motions of bending, wiping, sweeping, mopping, wrapping, and squeezing
- Frequent exposure to fluctuation temperatures in areas such as cooler, freezer and cooking sections of the restaurant
