Compensation
$14 to $17 per hour
Responsibilities
- Greets guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions
- Greets guests upon entering
- Keeps all coordinators promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action
- Provides timely and accurate service while managing party times and communicating information as needed to guests, coordinators, and managers
- Competently diffuses difficult Guest situations while protecting the integrity and safety of our staff, building, and house policies
- Assists in the cleanliness and organization of the rental equipment
- Bring attention to the General Manager of problem areas with other managers and party coordinators
- Ensures that all children and adults adhere to house policies as outlined and informs management of any issues
- Assists with the setup and breakdown of special events functions as directed by management
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Work independently and as a team
- Organized; Ability to multitask and complete several projects at one time
- Must be 18 years old
- Preferably 1-2 years working in a retail environment
- Must demonstrate an ability to clearly verbalize guest's needs to other team members
- The employee needs to be able to communicate effectively with multiple guests while generating enthusiasm
- Strong math and verbal skills are needed
- Must be available to work on weekends and holiday
