2022 is going to be a big year for our Clipper site in Dublin. This is an exciting time to join the site as we go through this rapid expansion and we’re now on the lookout for an exceptional Shift Manager to lead the site into our future.
As a Shift Manager at our Rathcoole site, you will be tasked with delegating duties to your teams, solving queries and ensuring compliance with all H&S regulations. You will be required to maintain a fully stocked inventory, ensure all shifts are suitably covered and track any daily absences within your team.
Client satisfaction is paramount so a large part of your role will be to ensure we deliver against our service level agreements in a professional, safe and efficient manner.
You will also be expected to provide a full handover to colleagues on the next shift ensuring service levels are uninterrupted.
In this role you are accountable for:
- Maintaining H&S in the workplace.
- Leading a team and supporting leadership standards on site.
- Managing the performance and development of team members.
- Communicating timely messages.
- Leading or supporting ad hoc projects.
- Support site engagement & charity initiatives.
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service.
- Support the Senior Management Team with any other duties.
