Job Description Shipping Associate:

Really Right Stuff designs and sells premium photography support gear such as tripods, tripod heads, and quick-release systems. All products are made in the USA. We are based in Lehi and sell directly to consumers all over the world.

• Job Title : Shipping /Assembly Associate
• Job Type: Full-time (M-F, 7:00am-3:30pm)

Job Summary:

Will review work orders and do final assembly to prepare shipments for our valued customers. Follow SOP (standard operating procedures) to properly assemble and package goods to be shipped.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

• Fill open work orders and check the materials for accuracy
• Come up with improvements, eliminate waste in area
• Keep a clean, organized work environment
• Ability to quickly assemble small parts
• Ability to lift & carry 50 pounds
• Product inspection and quality control
• Keep inventory organized
• Work efficiently and autonomously
• Daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work area

Minimum Qualifications:

• Shipping experience
• High attention to detail
• Self-starter with a good work ethic
• Speak, write, and communicate fluently in English
• Basic math and time keeping
• Strong communication skills
• Friendly, punctual, reliable and a positive attitude
• Prior to employment, candidates must comply with a background check, and drug screening.

Experience:

1-3 years assembly/shipping experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
