Responsibilities

• Use of ERP to manage Sales orders, Sample orders and transfer Orders.
• Manage / Supervise all important documents such as transfer orders, Dispatch notes, bills of lading, PQG’s, Daily Shipping Checklist, Cycle counts.
• Manage the flow of all orders from preparation to shipment.
• Lead Physical Inventories when instructed to perform.
• Manage / Supervise and lead subordinates.
• Order and Control budget of the shipping supplies.
• Collaborate with Inventory coordinator, quality assurance and other managers to optimize processes of transfer of FG inventory to outside warehouse.
• Collaborate / Resolve any issues regarding shipped orders with Bakery CS.
• Schedule employee hours / shifts and approve hours.
• Report to management on activities and issues.
• Attend Daily Service Meeting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as shipping manager.
• Solid knowledge of logistics procedures.
• Experience in using ERP and preparing shipping documents.
• Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Good understanding of budgeting and reporting.
• Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities.
