Cabinet Shop Production Foreman

Qualifications

-5 years of progressive experience in wood product closet or cabinet manufacturing and/or commercial and architectural cabinetry.

-CNC Router experience

-Ability to fabricate and assemble Face Frame and Frameless Cabinets

-Familiar with 32 millimeter cabinet system.

Computer Skills including MS Word, Excel and other standard programs.

CNC Programming is a plus.

Good mechanical skills to run and repair machines.

Leadership ability

Responsibilities

Custom Closet and Cabinet company has immediate opening for a production foreman to join our team

-Candidate will supervise, organize, manage and lead production team to produce Custom Closets, Entertainment Centers, Home Office, Kitchen Cabinets and other quality products, within budgets and on-time.

-Enforce safety guidelines.

-Ensure workers are trained in the proper use of tools to effectively achieve their assigned tasks.

-Inspect work to ensure quality, and accuracy. Make sure all products are ready for installation.

-Manage inventory and ordering to ensure the shop has proper supply of various materials

-Receive shipping and log items into ERP system.

-Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.

-Plan and organize production activities of the shop to ensure projects are manufactured on-time and correctly.

-Enforce production flow consistent to lean manufacturing methodology.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
