Job Description:

The Tire Technician is responsible for performing and overseeing all activity in the installation shop. The Tire Technician should ensure that all paperwork related to installs or removals are completed properly. Ensure inventory is properly maintained and monitored, and that proper tools and equipment are kept clean and always in the shop. The Tire Technician should also ensure that all shop standards and training are adhered to. Excellent hours and NO SUNDAYS!

We are also looking for someone to promote to Manager Operations and further promotional opportunities as a General Manager of RNR Tire Express. Great opportunity with a rapidly growing company.

Wheel, Tire & Alignment Technician Job requirements include:

o Installing custom wheels and tires is the priority of this position

o Skilled in proper mounting and balancing procedures

o Knowledgeable and experienced with wheel clamp machines and balancer

o Self - motivated and works well unsupervised

o Maintain a clean and safe work environment

o ASE Certification in suspension and steering A PLUS

o This location also has a Car Alignment Machine. Alignment and front end work experienced preferred, but will train right candidate.

Requirements:

Valid in state driver's license & clean driving record, and Background Check.

Compensation and Benefits: RNR offers Competitive Base Pay, Commissions, Bonuses, Vacation & Sick Time.

Prior experience working with: Discount Tire , Rent a Tire , Sams Club , Walmart , Firestone , Tireworks , Lambs , Pep Boys , National Tire and Battery, Goodyear , Firestone , and Costco all provide good foundational experience to qualify for this amazing opportunity.
