NEW BATH TODAY is looking for professionally minded individual capable of joining a two-man team to fulfill our bathroom installation program. Job Details

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year

We assign two jobs per week, and the average job takes two days, additional work may be allocated based on availability

This position is Monday through Friday, with no late nights or Holidays worked

We are a rapidly growing company with future growth opportunities available

This position will require a once a week run to the regional warehouse in Conway, AR to pick up material. The intended job sites are spread out all over the central part of the state, and you must be comfortable spending time traveling to each job site in company van. Some overnights are likely with hotel accommodations arranged for you.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Communication skills
• Construction Experience (i.e., Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Professionally reliable and punctual
• Customer service
• US work authorization
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the installation of our NEW BATH TODAY products using industry “best practices” and in adherence with company installation guidelines and established time guidelines.

An Installer must be capable of lifting, when necessary, heavy materials into place in order to perform their job function.

In some cases, an installation will require the ability to work in a confined space and in various types of weather.

Most projects are completed in two days, but some may require longer.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Director of Operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Demonstrate product at installations.

· Install structures or fixtures, such as Walk-in Baths, Showers, Tubs, Glass Doors, Wall Paneling, Pedestal Vanities, Trim or Hardware, etc., while using carpenters' hand or power tools.

· Follow all established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment, following company procedures, policies and ethics.

· Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace; using hand tools as needed.

· Clean and haul away debris from all job sites. Maintain clean environment of job site, including vehicles and trailers; project tear off as needed.

· Collect payment on all jobs upon completion.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 2 years carpentry experience

· Minimum 2 years electrical experience

· Minimum 2 years plumbing experience

· Must possess good leadership and communication skills.

· Display the ability to manage multiple priorities and have good customer service skills.

· Neat and professional appearance

· Legally authorized to work in the United States.
