Please note: This role is for the Night shift only. 18:00 and 21:00 start times - 12 hour shifts.

What about your role?

• 4 on 3 off shift pattern, covering weekdays and Saturdays only. Start times of 18:00pm or 21:00pm for night shifts.
• Responsible for trailer movements within the yard.
• Managing the delivery schedule to ensure trailers are presented for loading and taken off bay when loading completed.
• Display a high standards of customer service and effective communication with the customer and DHL team.

We are looking for Drivers who:

• Hold a HGV License is essential.
• Shunting experience would be desirable, but not essential.
• Hold a Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring adherence to parking, speed and road signage.
• Excellent verbal communications skills.
• Work safely within the Health and safety environmental guidelines, and ensure all vehicle checks are carried out prior to commencement of work
• Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach
• Have basic mechanical understanding
