We are recruiting a Site Administrator on behalf of our ever growing client. The role is based in Dublin and the successful candidate will work closely with the Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and the Health and Safety Officer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Day to day duties for the successful candidate will deal with data entry, material ordering, uploading documentation to Procore, docket management
• To manage plant registers – equipment tracking, signing in and out of tools
• Assist Health & Safety Officer and QS with documentation
• Carry out site induction and associated works
• Responsible for ordering of stationery, cleaning supplies (PPE), signage, and waste skip control
• Responsible for receiving safety documents from sub-contractors
• Assist with site access & egress control
• Signing materials in as they are delivered to the company address
• Updating weekly material registers
• Uploading copies on concrete and material tickets on Procore

Ideal Candidate:

• Relevant Degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar, fast paced environment
• Excellent IT skills are essential
• Able to manage multiple tasks at one time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €35,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
