Are you an experienced Site Agent seeking your career development and progression?

About your new job:

• Irish-owned business specialising in Automation solutions.
• Based in Kildare
• Clients include local councils and the energy and water sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the work schedule in accordance with the project plan from start to finish, taking into account unforeseen circumstances, overall site performance, and progress in relation to the plan.
• Assessing the site of the intended work, planning the work, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are upheld during the project.
• Supervising onsite vendors and subcontractors to help them adhere to the project timeline.
• Create method statements, work orders, and permits as necessary after reviewing the plans and drawings.
• Maintaining all site records, including those pertaining to health and safety, for the duration of the project.
• Regularly updating the project manager (PM) on project progress and being ready to escalate issues as necessary.
• Acting as CAL's representative to the client, architects, consultants, government agencies, vendors, and subcontractors on the job site.

What skills you need:

• Third level qualification in engineering or water related industry
• Experience working on water and wastewater networks preferred
• Surveying experience
• GPS experience
• ISO qualifications would be preferential.
