Site Manager - Office Services (1176399GH)

Job Type: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt

Schedule: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday

Starting at: $60,000/yr. (Up to 5% Bonus)

Job Summary: The Site Manager is responsible for managing a team of 4 people, navigating day to day activities including mailroom/copy room functions, hospitality, records monitoring, reception, and general administrative support in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities:

· Lead by example, delegate, and build strong relationships with associates and clients

· Manage and provide direction to on-site team in all aspects of mailroom and office services

· Oversee the process of all shipments, inbound freight, mailings, mailing accounts and messenger pick-ups

· Oversee all mail, BRM, UPS & FedEx accounts and vendor relations

· Respond to requests in a timely manner and extend outstanding customer service to all internal/external customers and clients

· Oversee, collect, and maintain records of metrics related to volumes and time/motion studies

· Demonstrate proactive thinking and planning for both client and EverSource operations

· Serve as client’s main point of contact, host regular client meetings, and review metrics data related to essential job functions

· Produce client invoicing and maintain records related to supplemental billing in a timely and accurate manner

· Prove flexible when faced with deadlines and challenges

· Oversee physical appearance of all serviceable areas of the site including conference rooms, public areas, copy centers, mailrooms, office services, records, freight, reception, supplies, etc.

· Maintain documented procedures for all EverSource processes and responsibilities

· Adhere to procedures and guidelines to remain compliant with all EverSource and Compass Group standards

· Responsible for cross training all on-site associates and participating in on-going training and safety programs

· Capture and manage employee time and PTO schedule

· Perform administrative tasks and other duties as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent (GED); College is a plus

· Maintain a positive attitude in busy environments

· Prior supervisory or management experience

· Proven customer service-related experience

· Proficiency in MS Office365, and general computer skills with a willingness to learn new technologies

· Follows all established processes and procedures

· Excellent communication skills both written and oral

· Ability to solo liftto 50pounds
