Job description

This part-time position is responsible for managing all aspects of a 32-unit affordable housing community located in Mt. Pleasant, TN. The Property Manager ideally has experience with Fair Housing, USDA RD and Tax Credit housing compliance. The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the property, including marketing and leasing vacant units, rent collection, managing delinquencies, legal and compliance adherence, resident satisfaction, vendor management, unit inspections and processing maintenance work orders.
