Looking to add 1 site manager to our veteran leadership team by February or March 2023. The job is working alongside our current team, managing one of our 3 Conshohocken locations on the day-to-day operations. This includes floor management (leading a shift), inventory, ordering, scheduling, daily procedures, and admin. Priority is a high-energy, high-character individual looking to grow within the hospitality industry and enjoys things like managing the guest experience and being a problem solver.
Our company has grown into one of the largest hospitality companies in the area. We have one of the few area Sommeliers running our beverage program, an in-house event team, our own farm/vineyard crew, and a tremendous culinary team to work around. These will be the leaders who directly work with you to get you up to speed. Your position will be working alongside the current leaders in our company.

- FT position. Our sites are open Mon-Saturday for Lunch and Dinner/Bar.
Day and night availability is a must for the days we are open.
Ideal for the server/BT or AGM looking to take the next step in their career. Also ideal for an experienced manager looking to join a growing company with a lot of exciting events on the horizon. Manager experience is not required, hospitality experience likely required.
